Advantis wins significant Utilities contract

Advantis has announced that it has won a significant new contract with United Utilities to provide debt collection services.
The contract was won following a formal tender process and places Advantis on United Utilities debt collection panel together with a number of other firms. The company believes its experience of collecting debts within the Utility sector together with its proven performance track record gave it a competitive edge.
Advantis’ Managing Director, Steve Jackson, said

United Utilities’, Iain Pilling added
“Following a lengthy formal tender process, United Utilities has selected a number of debt collection firms which it believes can maximise the company’s revenue whilst ensuring that the high standards of customer care that United Utilities demands of its partners, are maintained.”
Founded in 2004 by Mr. Jackson, Advantis is one of the UK’s fastest growing debt collection companies with an office in Stoke-on-Trent employing in excess of 80 people.
It handles almost 1 million debt cases each year and works with some of the country’s biggest names in utilities, finance, retail and telecoms.
