Advantis conducts an independent client satisfaction survey on an annual basis. The QMS, BenchmarQ provides honest and accurate feedback on our performance from our clients.
Advantis provide QMS with a list of clients which are then contacted by telephone and the survey conducted. The survey covers a number of key areas including:

- Service
- Overall satisfaction
